Hazelnut, dark chocolate and dried cherry.
Dried in the cherry on the farm's patios, then rested before it's shipped. Heavy, sweet and low in acidity, it's the backbone of our house espresso and a great everyday cafetière coffee.

How we brew it
Stovetop: hot water in the base, coffee level in the basket, medium heat. Cafetière: 30g to 500g, 4 minutes. Takes milk very well.
