Open house every Saturday.
We roast behind the big doors in Tannery Yard all week. On Saturdays we open them up: come for a coffee, buy bags still fresh from Thursday, and see how it’s done.
A Saturday at the roastery

Doors open
The brew bar starts pouring and the shelves are full of bags from Thursday’s roast.
11am
Free cupping
Taste five coffees side by side the way we do every morning. Twenty places, first come first served.
12.30pm
Roasting demo
Watch a batch go through the roaster, from green beans to first crack, and ask the roaster anything.
2pm
Close
Last coffees at 1.45pm. Bags bought on the day are 10% off if you bring a tin to fill.

Tannery Yard is behind the old leather works on Mill Street, five minutes’ walk from Marlbeck bus station.
Parking
Eight free spaces in the yard on Saturdays, and a pay-and-display car park on Mill Street.
Kids and dogs
Both welcome. There’s hot chocolate for the first and water bowls for the second.
Access
Step-free from the yard, with a ramp to the brew bar. The roaster area has a low rail for safety.
