Jasmine, bergamot and white peach.
Grown in garden plots of a hectare or less and delivered as cherry to the washing station by hundreds of families. Delicate and floral, a bit like a good Earl Grey. Give it a few days after the roast date before you open it.

How we brew it
Pour-over: 15g to 250g at 93°C, a 40g bloom for 45 seconds, finished by 3 minutes. Grind a little finer than you would for Mirador. Not one for milk.
