Our longest-running coffee. We've bought from the Ortiz family's farm on the slopes above the Magdalena river every year since 2018, and it's the one we drink at home. Sweet, round and very forgiving, however you brew it.

How we brew it
Filter: 15g to 250g of water just off the boil, 3 minutes. Cafetière: 30g to 500g, 4 minutes, then skim the crust. Espresso: 18g in, 38g out in about 28 seconds.
